    As a member of our IT Infrastructure Engineering Team, you will provide highly specialized

    technical leadership and coordination for FSRA’s operations including infrastructure management, administration, deployment, configuration, and maintenance.  Involving one or more of the following: server infrastructure, infrastructure services, virtualization technologies, data storage, applications and web services.  

    Additional responsibilities:

    • Providing client services, support and management of a range of platforms, data center services such as: design, planning, implementation, configuration, capacity management, vulnerability and patch management, managing change and providing second level client support services.

    • Lead technical subject matter expert on multiple projects and teams including, infrastructure deployments, system improvements, installations, configurations, maintenance and performance tuning, troubleshooting and resolution of incidents and problems, systems analysis and capacity planning.

    • Ensuring transition of solutions from build phase to production environment.

    • Advising on best practices and related policies and procedures for infrastructure maintenance and administration.


    Specialized Knowledge and Experience

    • Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, deploying, troubleshooting and managing Windows server systems, data storage, storage area network, and related network infrastructure.

    • (Technology: Dell Server, HPE 3PAR)

    • Demonstrated experience with Active Directory, Azure AD Sync, Active Directory Federated Services and Microsoft Cloud Identity Manager, and Virtualization (Hyper-V).

    • Demonstrated experience with Azure, Google Cloud Platform or AWS.

    • Demonstrated knowledge of system design and architecture techniques, standards, practices, systems, procedures and tools to support e-commerce and internet-based applications.

    • Proven root cause analysis skills to develop and provide senior technical leadership and viable solutions to technical, operational and service-related problems.

    • Proven expertise in datacenter services, datacenter interconnects, infrastructure design, Azure Cloud Services, infrastructure vulnerability and patch management.

    • Industry recognized certifications would be an asset


    • Proven ability as lead technical subject matter expert with skills to plan, coordinate and lead multiple projects including requirements assessments, costing, resource estimation, project milestones and performance benchmarks.

    • Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills to lead project and staff members.

    • Proven relationship management skills to work with team members, FSRA clients and vendors and to provide support to a variety of stakeholders/clients.

    • Proven oral and written skills to communicate, educate, and guide peers, counterparts, team members, stakeholders, and users.
